With today's technology I'm very disappointed

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It might be 1080p but you have to sit directly in front of that screen to get a clear picture if you move up down left or right it immediately gets real hazy and a little farther away to one side the other side up or down you can't sit at all. If I would have viewed the picture on this television at the store I would have never purchased it I purchased it online.

I followed all directions carefully. I can finally change channels using the cable remote. However, I can only adjust the sound using the TV remote. I called Insignia Customer Service. I was on the phone 45 minutes with a service rep who tried all kinds of fixes. None worked. She said she would have a techie call me. Never happened. That was over 3 weeks ago. I'll live wih the situation but will never buy an Insignia product again.
