Excellent condition should not have that according to their description. Beware when it come to buying used from best buy. The tv it self seems to be ok though.

While the screen as bright at night, during the day it was almost unviewable. I thought that the LED might be set too low, so I adjusted it to a higher backlight and brightness, but still too low to see. I was hoping that the LED would be bright enough to work during the day, but it had its limits.
