But the real problem with this TV which is the speakers being placed under the TV moving the sound waves towards the bottom instead of the viewers so I'm giving it a 3 star.

If you want to access several apps on a smart TV, buy another brand. I thought a new one would be better than an older one I have in another room, but after 2 months I have to constantly delete the cache of several apps for storage space, because of the preinstalled apps that are never used and can't be deleted. Use of a USB stick is maybe possible but never works. These issues are discussed online I see too. Support is not helpful. Can connect a separate firestick, chromecast or other but eliminating that was the purpose of buying a "smart" tv.
