Insignia 24 inch TV for guest bedroom

It is a clunky system and requires extra steps and effort to use. My wife can’t use it because it is too complicated to use the remote and the sound bar I purchased separately from Amazon.

Problems with new Insignia TV

The big problem is I can't watch anything! The TV is connected to my home internet but I keep getting messages like "This content no longer available" or something similar especially on the "free" Fire TV. No news or anything else. I thought this was included on this Smart Fire TV, I tried different settings, but no luck. Some antenna channels work or my subscription to Paramount streams from my phone but that's it.
