It works great on line and on the internet. But for a camping it sucks. I bought a Samsung that works better.

Good for Most Things, Not YouTube

The biggest issue is the sound vs picture when streaming YouTube. It's off and you cannot adjust this, there is no setting. Conversely, it works fine for YouTube TV. If all that's ok, go for it! I'll be replacing mine with something else.

Another tells me they can replace but doesn’t know how. The first one continues to try and tell me they don’t owe me one. Imagine selling a TV without a remote and thinking that’s ok?

Best Buy changed their price match after sale policy to 15 days. I did not know that since i had not shopped at Best Buy for quite some time. I bought 3 of these and a few weeks later i saw that they were on sale for much less so i figured i would get the difference refunded because of their price match guarantee but it had been 28 days and their policy had changed to 15 days. Too much of a hassle to deal with Best Buy at this point with so many competitors with better return and price match policies. I cant see myself buying there in the future.

I went looking for a 32 inch tv open box and it leads me to a 24inch one felt like it was a click bait sale.
