    Although we bought this unit first I ended up returning after a day as we weren't satisfied with the picture. It was replaced wITH A 24" Roku tv that had a better picture as well as operating system.

    I was never able to connect it to the Internet or to cable TV for that matter. There was an error message that I couldn't get rid of. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

    Yes, Best Buy hung it on the wall and started the instructions concerning the set up. Tech had to leave for another appointment. Well, within 10 days, better than half of stations disappeared. In process of rescan, the system froze.

    I bought this online as open box excellent condition. I received a bashed up box with probably a whole roll of tape around it to keep it together. Once I opened it all I had was tv. No instructions no legs to stand it up no receipt a sandwich size baggy with 3 screws and a remote no batteries. I bought and had it delivered to my elderly parents by the time I got over there and seen what they got it was too late to return. Very disappointed with this purchase.

    I purchased this TV & used it for 21 days before it stopped working.I could not scan for local over the air stations or watch ant apps I had set up!This TV would not show any video or sound!I had Best Buy troubleshoot my problem.It is under warranty (1 yr) so I will get a replacement.My appointment is in 3 days &I have to take it back to Best Buy.

    Bought this TV while visiting in Kansas City. The store clerk assured me it was a "New" item. When I got home (Omaha) and opened box it was obvious it was an open box item. When I called the KC store they said I had to return it to their store. Terrible customer service. Fortunately the store in Omaha took it back.

    It looks OK and it plugs in unfortunately I can’t use it because there was no remote and no feet and Customer Service refused to send me some. This is why people shop on Amazon

    Disappointed that this television had several defects. Sync between audio and video was off enough to where I thought I was watching a dubbed presentation. After numerous attempts to set color, it kept reverting to factory settings.

    This tv sucks, The sound get all messed up for different streaming services and inputs. Sometimes the sound is fine like when watching tv. but then i use an app like disney plus and the audio stutters every second. Ive tried resetting it, different sound settings, both locally on the tv and in the apps. its a total crap shoot.

    TV broke exactly one week after warranty expired. I have a total Tech and you still have to pay them $30 to send it out for repairs which can take 4 weeks. Spend a ton of money at Best Buy but no more.
