    I bought the 24" TV to use in our new travel trailer. The website stated it was compatible with Screen Mirror on my iPhone. It is not. After an entire day trying to get the system to work, the tech from support realized the 24" tv did not have the software to enable that function. Returned the TV.

    We bought this with the intention of putting our security cameras on it. The BB employee told us it would work with the cameras. It didn't, Took it back for a refund.

    Wont work as a monitor

    Tried to use as a monitor could not get it to work. Tech support was from India and could not speak english and told me to take it back.

    The sound is inconsistent and sounds like it's underwater. Returning the TV to the store tomorrow. Disappointed. You get what you pay for.

    It's six months old and the color went wonky, unwatchable. I bought it through the BB web site. It has to be packaged and back repairs. It will cost more to package and mail than the tv is worth. Find another brand and don't buy off their website.

    TV cannot be tilted. Picture is overly bright and have not been able to adjust; have to toggle through all the smart TV junk to get to a normal cable channel.

    I cannot get this thing to do anything its features say it does - keeps saying cant find app - try to dl - same message - cannot get it to hook up to my iphone and stream like its features say - just a horrible experience - spent hours trying to get it to do anything returning to store asap! Will by a samsung - much easier to eork with!!!!!

    When I use YouTube on this TV, the sound is horrible. I don’t feel like carrying this TV back to the store, but I don’t like it. It doesn’t work well I’m not happy.

    You cannot pair a cable TV remote with this television. We had to return it. It’s fine if you want to use it as a monitor, but be aware that it is a very low end television and I would not recommend it except for someone who wants to use just a very basic connection.

    Was gonna take back on 16th as it’s less than a month . Check receipt and says can’t take back anymore !!! That’s less than 30 days you clowns. Never opened box either

    Fire tv sound in picture inferior to the insignia Roku. I had to purchase a Roku stick in order to watch my cable which is through spectrum would not purchase again.

    Very hard to stream to, if you are looking for something to stream to dont buy this tv. Also definitely did not work with a samsung phone had to use my ipad.

    Buy only if you use the internal speakers.

    Do not buy this TV. The speakers will not shut off no matter what you do. I have a Bose sound bar with an optical cable. So there should be no speaker sound, especially with the speakers turned off. This problem has occurred with two different TV's of this model. Other than that it works fine.
