The picture is clear and I'm using rabbit ear antenna. Get you one for the kitchen or bath room counter. Move it all around the house.

I didn't try it as a computer monitor (that's not why I bought it) but I suspect given the res it won't be a match for a monitor specifically designed for computers. It was on sale and a local open box was available, so for $52 delivered, you can't beat it with a stick!!
