    I've reviewed this once before and as far as the TV and how everyone in the store did...I would rate it a 5 star as that all went extremely well, thorough, and fast. However when I got home and started unpacking the TV, I needed help because I'm old and not sure how to do all this new technology. So, being a member of the "Complete Geek Squad" I called to ask for help. The guy that answered the phone said, it would cost me $199.99 for you to come to my house. Under these circumstances, I rate this purchase as being LOW due to the outrageous cost of someone coming to my house . WHY AM I EVEN PAYING FOR GEEK SQUAD???? Your products may be great but your Geek Squad help is horrible! A very dissatisfied customer!

    I bought these tvs and didn't realize they were only 720p. The colors are beautiful but the resolution is only fair. I didn't pay attention to the specs and am a little disappointed that 720p tvs are still being sold in 2025.
