I paid to have the TV installed and the guys that came were a bunch of knuckle heads and said they were there to put the feet on the bottom of the tv. I made them leave my home and I returned the TV to Best Buy!!! Poor service at its finest!

Product would not install cable channels from Comcast. Tech support had no resolution, so returned to store. This was third attempt buying what is a so called Smart TV for viewing cable TV. What a waste of time!

They don't accept a refund, so I gotta deal with this crazy TV
