It never stays updated. I have to manual update it and the updates take forever. During updates, none of the other apps can be used or it pauses the update. Then you have to go back in and manual start the update over. The tv is also slow to respond to the control. Again its a great tv foe the price for a kidsnroom but i would not buy for an adult or someone who watches tv alot. The larger version has no issues. The recommend the Insignia brand above others for their price, flexability, screen quality, and amazon fire.

I wanted to give it 5 stars because for a $69 TV what does one expect?! It's a $69 TV and works perfectly in my gazebo. Is it slow? Yes. It's a $69 TV! But, I after a lengthy discussion with myself, I settled on 3 stars.

However when I got home and started unpacking the TV, I needed help because I'm old and not sure how to do all this new technology. So, being a member of the "Complete Geek Squad" I called to ask for help. The guy that answered the phone said, it would cost me $199.99 for you to come to my house. Under these circumstances, I rate this purchase as being LOW due to the outrageous cost of someone coming to my house . WHY AM I EVEN PAYING FOR GEEK SQUAD???? Your products may be great but your Geek Squad help is horrible! A very dissatisfied customer!

Every other Amazon product I buy instantly syncs with my Amazon account and works. BUT once BestBuy is enters the picture everything goes to the crapper. Sold me a defective product wouldnt help me return it and NOW I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR MONTHS..Because like a true money first corporation they blame me for the lost part. That was clearly marked missing on the outside of the box when they shipped it. CLOWNS
