As an octogenarian woman, I've found the set up steps needed to be very confusing. Even my techno-savvy son-in-law had a hard time following the instructions. This small TV is definitely not a just-plug-it-in appliance.

Bought to replace old small tv. Product would not install cable channels from Comcast. Tech support had no resolution, so returned to store. This was third attempt buying what is a so called Smart TV for viewing cable TV.
What a waste of time!

Had the same one different size and it shattered from wiping the screen. It was only a month old i mean really cheap made. Its ridiculous ill never buy again.

Sorry! I couldn't get the TV set up to work and I usually don't have this problem. In hind-site, the reviews said the product had problems with connectivity and that is the problem I had.

Do not buy this TV, completely insane Tv, sound is way of line, last time heard some tv out loud I was about to get after my kids but it was the TV off but with the sound of the last movie. They don't accept a refund, so I gotta deal with this crazy TV

Nice tv at first. Now yesterday half of the screen picture disappeared. The original email says return by October 27th. Tv is not usable. I am out a tv.

Don’t buy anything from Best Buy get it off of Amazon. At least Amazon will let you give specific instructions on where to deliver your package. Had I not hurried home from work? I would’ve lost my television because it was put at the wrong porch

It's impossible to use. I can't get any of my favorite channels, and when I do get ABC channel 6 Philadelphia, it's 2 or 3 hours after the live broadcast. It's useless.
