The remote was difficult to get used to while setting up especially for an elderly person like me. Lot of work going back and forth to my computer to TV to get codes to enter. After a few hours of frustration I have it set for my use thanks to Alexa. I think contacting Insignia from the start would should have been my first option. Then again I probably would have had to go through AI.
