    First week all was promising but the 2nd week was the final straw. Getting Kicked out of apps, freezing issues & overheating is not what I call fun.

    bought this tv at store not through Amazon....going to store is an effort but thought I'd give Best Buy the business. The Tv had a small crack on screen when we unpacked which you can't see when it's on... not worth schlepping back to exchange. Bought this for kitchen counter.If you are used to a regular T.V. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE. it's beyond complicated,no voice control etc..nothing about it is simple.I hate it! Wish I. had bought on Amazon simply for the easy return....

    The size is perfect for what I wanted and the picture and sound are fine as expected. My mistake (again) was trying a Fire Tv. It reminded me why I don’t use Amazon Fire products. The Amazon Fire AppStore is a steaming pile of hot garbage and so very limited. You almost have to get an AppleTv, Roku, or some other streaming device to hook up to this tv to stream. It’s a glorified monitor.

    Not very flexible HDMI inputs

    Well, admittedly, it was cheap. But amazingly, the screen won't connect to any more advanced HDMI (i suppose requiring downsampling). i mean, it wouldn't have been hard to implement...it's just library code

    For the price you pay you really get a non quality tv. From day one that I plugged It in all it did was freeze and lag and BestBuy wouldn’t do a return just because I did not have the box.

    I returned the TV due to the poor customer service I received when the guys came to install my TV. I paid to have the TV installed and the guys that came were a bunch of knuckle heads and said they were there to put the feet on the bottom of the tv. I made them leave my home and I returned the TV to Best Buy!!! Poor service at its finest!

    it looks like a software bug , the TV get freezed and making loud noise, scary. (4 times in 3 months)

    Bought to replace old small tv. Product would not install cable channels from Comcast. Tech support had no resolution, so returned to store. This was third attempt buying what is a so called Smart TV for viewing cable TV. What a waste of time!

    As an octogenarian woman, I've found the set up steps needed to be very confusing. Even my techno-savvy son-in-law had a hard time following the instructions. This small TV is definitely not a just-plug-it-in appliance.

    Sorry! I couldn't get the TV set up to work and I usually don't have this problem. In hind-site, the reviews said the product had problems with connectivity and that is the problem I had.

    Had the same one different size and it shattered from wiping the screen. It was only a month old i mean really cheap made. Its ridiculous ill never buy again.

    Do not buy this TV, completely insane Tv, sound is way of line, last time heard some tv out loud I was about to get after my kids but it was the TV off but with the sound of the last movie. They don't accept a refund, so I gotta deal with this crazy TV
