    Nice tv at first. Now yesterday half of the screen picture disappeared. The original email says return by October 27th. Tv is not usable. I am out a tv.

    Mine just turns green and is all green pixel makes a loud noise and I have to unplug it. I am just outside my return window.

    I didn't realize it was a smart fire tv and unable to connect to my wifi

We understand how frustrating it can be to realize the TV is a Smart Fire TV only after purchase and then have trouble connecting it to your Wi‑Fi. Smart Fire TVs do require a Wi‑Fi connection during setup, and connection issues can happen for a few different reasons.

    Don’t buy anything from Best Buy get it off of Amazon. At least Amazon will let you give specific instructions on where to deliver your package. Had I not hurried home from work? I would’ve lost my television because it was put at the wrong porch

    It's impossible to use. I can't get any of my favorite channels, and when I do get ABC channel 6 Philadelphia, it's 2 or 3 hours after the live broadcast. It's useless.

    Very good price and good picture. Use this in our kitchen which is sometimes noisy. We had an earlier version of this 24 inch and this one has a better picture and much upgraded sound.

    Great picture. The remote was difficult to get used to while setting up especially for an elderly person like me. Lot of work going back and forth to my computer to TV to get codes to enter. After a few hours of frustration I have it set for my use thanks to Alexa. I think contacting Insignia from the start would should have been my first option. Then again I probably would have had to go through AI.
