When I had a problem, I called Insignia, and they were able to talk me through a fix, be it for my TV remote, or for the TV itself. Sometimes the internet falls off, and they will help talk you through that problem.

It's a good value for the price. Slower to "load" then my other TVs but those were more expensive. For a casual little TV to keep near the treadmill or in the kitchen, it's perfect. We will see how reliable it is.

Easy hookup to internet. The picture is awesome, no issues -- clear and full of color. You do have to purchase the Amazon fire stick, but was not a problem, especially due to the price of the tv. Yes, it is a small tv, but perfect for our laundry room especially when doing ironing etc I highly recommend the Insignia tv. It is a great tv and very much worth the price. I would definitely purchase again.
