Remote only lasted a few weeks

Very disappointed as the tv itself is great. I’ve tried all the reset and sync options i found online but none have worked. So the tv is just sitting there :( until i contact insignia or best buy.

I think it is great for a toddler's room. Especially for a toddler boy and their high energy. I didn't want to purchase anything bigger/expensive for this reason. Other than that I only have 2 negatives; the remote batteries are used up very quickly, and I don't see a way to create a profile specifically for him.
