We bought this TV to replace an old CRT set we had in our kitchen. Chose it due to its being a smart TV and it being offered at a $%0 discount. Ordered it online and it arrived within 2 days. We are pleased with its picture, easy setup and the fact that the 24-inch screen fit perfectly where the 20-inch screen used to be. I would have given it 5 stars except that it really should include better operating instructions instead of just offering them online.

I purchased this to keep in my bedroom. I don't watch TV very often in my room, but wanted something for days when I was sick. This is the perfect size to have without feeling too bulky. I love that amazon is built into the TV instead of having to have it seperate.

Great product for the price, allows me to search the web and conveniently watch the streaming serving services I like. The video quality is what it is given it's 720p but the sound quality is far better than expected and it has many options like Bluetooth and I can connect a wireless keyboard through USB to make searching easier.

Descent TV for the price. User friendly. Set up was super easy.

I got 2 as I was cutting the cable I needed smart TVs. They are excellent value and work well I have no complaints regarding picture or sound. 4 ports for connectivity. Works great out of the box, just have to set up your smart TVs channels. Fits under kitchen cabinets and in an niche I had in the guest room. I’m very happy with these.

Good TV. Clear photo, using in master bedroom. It does seem slow sometimes when going from the home screen to the apps, but otherwise no issues. Solid TV for the price.

Bought this for my son’ s dorm and he’s happy with it but said he could have used his 32 in and would have been fine for space . Added bonus being a smart streaming tv . He can log into my subscriptions and watch for free. He will use this for the rest of the semester and then probably use his other tv next semester and we will add this to the spare room!

bought this for my wife for Christmas for her craft room. gave it to her early. real nice tv for the price. took about 5 minuets to update after turning on . hooked to to our wifi quick and easy. good picture and the sound is also good and the tv is mounted on a extendable wall mount. would not hesitate to buy again or recommend it to a friend

Lightweight, excellent clarity, and super affordable.

I’ve had this TV for about a year now and still totally love it! I love that it has firetv so you only need one remote and its super easy to use! I’m definitely going to buy a second bigger one when i can afford to do so and move this one into my bedroom.

This TV was easy to set up. it looks nice on the dresser and looks like it would be easy to mount to a wall mount. The set up was simple and straightforward - just have your passwords ready for any streaming services to which you may be subscribed. The rating is missing a star because of one problem that I couldn't get resolved. The TV would randomly turn on. It could be off for hours, but you'd be in the room and - boom - it's on. This TV is for a guest bedroom and I really don't want people thinking the room is haunted or someone is spying on them. I called Best Buy Geek Squad and they were not helpful - telling me to look up the number to Insignia and call them. I called Insignia and they were surprisingly very friendly and willing to help - but none of their fixes worked. Finally, what seems to have stopped the TV from turning on is a setting called something like, "Alexa voice wake up". That was on by default. You have to dig through the expansive menu, but after having turned it off, the TV stopped randomly waking up. We are generally happy with the TV though.

The TV was very easy to set up. We purchased this for someone living in a situation without Internet so we have not set it up with Amazon but just connected to cable. The picture is clear and the remote is not too difficult to figure out.

If you need additional TVs around your bigger TV in time for the football season, then this is perfect especially with its already built in fire TV. Size just right to give you the sort of PIP effect to your big TV without using any space from tour big TV.

Love my new smart TV. Fits perfectly on top of my dresser and didn't need to mount it on the wall. Just wanted an inexpensive TV in the bedroom. This is the second Insignia TV I have in my house. Love that I can access my Amazon Prime Videos and other apps. It was easy to set up.

This is good value purchase. I was looking for a small TV and I found this on Best buy site. The plus is that it is a smart TV and it was on sale. So it met my criteria plus it was a fire driven software. I also found out that this brand is so similar to Toshiba. I think it's manufactured by Toshiba, so with price and function I went ahead a purchased. Set-up is also a breeze. I also purchased an indoor antennae and I got a good amount of clear channels. I have the best of both worlds, live TV and apps, netflix, prime, you tube. I usually use it to watch news in the morning. It's my secondary tv in my dining room. I knocked a star off as the feet can be improved, design was wobbly but workable. It has a little lag when you turn it on or changing channels. But, I would recommend, it has good audio and clear, colorful screen.

The 24 inch Insignia tv is good for small spaces! It is easy for hook up. The best thing is you don’t need a cable box. The only thing I don’t like is the color seems faded when you are looking at it from the side. The color is beautiful standing in front of it. I would buy it again!
