Controller doesn't last that much.

Battery also runs too fast in the controller.

Pain to turn on and off...

Just use the TV remote to turn on and off while the cable remote can be used for all other functions. I looked this matter up online and this is how everyone experiences it ... so it is not something I am doing wrong.

Insignia Smart Fire TV

Perhaps it was my error, I purchased a Smart Fire TV The remote control is the biggest problem / reason for the two stars; it doesn't have numbers. In order to select what I'm going to watch, I press the one round button and scroll up and down. Yes, that's right if I'm watching regular t.v. and I'm on ch 2 and want to watch ch 7, I have to to scroll up, go through numerous channels to get to ch 7. This t.v. was purchased for an older senior. My father is not going to have any easy time with the remote. I need to buy him another t.v.
