Like I say, Great TV for Gaming, Steam, and Computer! It has 3 HDMI. I can use it with a computer and video games! I thought Volume numbers 40 and above is louder... But I have to turn it down to 17 while I playing the video game. I know My dad would tell me to turn it down!

the quality of the images and TV mechanicals are fine. I have cable TV & Roku dongles on my other TV's I failed to notice this TV is Fire TV enabled Huge mistake on my part I cannot channel scroll on my TV/ cable channels without clicking each channel individually I have yet to find where I can do a general search for a particular movie. I really do not want my remote listening to everything after getting used to the Roku interface I find the Fire set up tedious and annoying. If you have totally cut the cord and use all the bells and whistles maybe but It was on sale & I messed up the packaging before I got it set up and decided I am not thrilled with the interface.

Great TV at a Great Price! I installed this in my travel trailer and it works great when at home and streaming from my home's wifi. Out in the woods it picks up 0 channels with my trailers amplified antenna. I just picked up a Blue Ray player so I have something to watch on those rainy camping days.

Bought this to replace an old TV for a small space; mostly to rid of the expense of an additional cable box. Love the fact that I can watch streaming apps, plus access cable channels - and don't have to scroll through hundreds by setting up favorites.

I love it. Too small though. It really seems more like a computer monitor. I bought it open box and it was clearly unused as it still had much of the plastic peel off stuff still on it.

TV arrived at my door, approx. 6 hrs. after I ordered it! GREAT! TV arrived undamaged, I unpackaged it, set-up the stand, plugged it in, scanned the remote, turned it on and was watching TV in 30 mins... GREAT! Picture looked good and the sound, just from the TV, seemed pretty good... GREAT! Went to turn on the TV the next day to watch a ballgame I was looking forward to and, TV had, overnite, unfortunately DIED!... NOT GREAT! I verified TV was plugged in and there was nothing obviously wrong. I called Best buy, but it was after hours and due to being Christmas, I probably won't be able to get a rep on the phone for a week, with no resolution for 2 weeks after THAT! (If then). I thought, being a small, relatively inexpensive TV, maybe I should buy it from a local mom/pop appliance store in case I needed service etc., but no, because I could save about $20, I bought it at Best buy. I am pretty much homebound due to health issues, so I can't just run up to the nearest store to exchange this! I am, at best, SCREWED!

This purchase was for a kid. A quick little investment for the room. I think it was an great purchase for the price. I am not the one operating it so all I can say is it was a decent purchase for the pricing.

The Fire adaptor worked flawlessly, picked up and integrated with my home wifi seamlessly, and has a better-than-average user interface for entering passwords and account information. Several family have tried it and we're getting our money's worth!

Great Smart Fire TV - Only complaint is remote does not have numbers on it to change channels for regular TV. Our digital service has over 100 channels and you have to scroll thru every channel to get to one you want. That's the only reason I gave Ease of Use good instead of excellent.

I bought this for my room but it's currently being used in my son room. It's preset up. Everything you need plus free channels. I love it! I wish I would have bought a bigger screen.

Works fine. Very happy with this purchase. First one I received the sound did not work. I had no problem returning the bad TV. Best Buy sent another and it has worked without issue. Would purchase again.

I guess I did not read the description well enough. There were more features than I was expecting. I did not realize it would be able to connect to my internet without being attached. And having the smart remote you can talk too. Pleasant surprises.

For such a small tv, it offers a decent selection of apps, and it’s not slow either. Also, the image doesn’t look that bad either for the price range. It comes in handy if you need a small tv for a small area and with built in apps.

Locations across the country Best Buy was really great when helping me purchase this TV that I wanted the first one I got was too big and I brought it back with no problem and they helped me pick out a new one a great experience glad I stopped at Best Buy

If you are buying this TV exclusively for streaming then it is a good buy for the price, when on sale. Overall the picture is sharp and sound is decent for a small tv with built in speakers. However, if you plan on using it for cable, satellite, or even off air, then you should be made aware of a design flaw not mentioned in the manual. Regardless of what input you were accessing when you turned the TV off, depending on what you have hooked up to the inputs, when you power it back on it brings up the home page of Amazon Fire TV. So if you were watching the news, or a tv program from a cable box, etc., you must pick up the Insignia remote and manually switch inputs. Is this a big deal? No, but juggle remotes every single time you want to watch something other than streaming is not worth money you saved on it. Twenty bucks more will get you the Vizio with 1080p, the insignia is 720P, and dedicated input return when you power off and back on. The biggest gripe is the omission of this issue in the Best Buy advertising and manual. I will repeat, exclusively streaming for a small room, it is a decent tv.

I haven't had the opportunity to use it much yet. Since I'm not into much technology, I had a little trouble getting it set up, but I was finally successful and look back and say "that wasn't so bad!" I'm a little afraid that the TV may be smarter than I am!!
