Locations across the country Best Buy was really great when helping me purchase this TV that I wanted the first one I got was too big and I brought it back with no problem and they helped me pick out a new one a great experience glad I stopped at Best Buy

My advice is to look into purchasing a different TV. There’s something wrong with the remotes. It’s very difficult to increase/decrease the volume, and every time you shut the TV off it turns back on. This is definitely an issue with this TV in general because I have two and have issues with both. I thought it was a one off and couldn’t return because it was after the return period. Second one was purchased right before a vacation and didn’t have time to return it. Terrible TV.

The television is okay; it starting to play two channels at once, meaning it sometimes play a live channel and a select movie at the same time. If you can help with this it would be appreciated.

If you are buying this TV exclusively for streaming then it is a good buy for the price, when on sale. Overall the picture is sharp and sound is decent for a small tv with built in speakers. However, if you plan on using it for cable, satellite, or even off air, then you should be made aware of a design flaw not mentioned in the manual. Regardless of what input you were accessing when you turned the TV off, depending on what you have hooked up to the inputs, when you power it back on it brings up the home page of Amazon Fire TV. So if you were watching the news, or a tv program from a cable box, etc., you must pick up the Insignia remote and manually switch inputs. Is this a big deal? No, but juggle remotes every single time you want to watch something other than streaming is not worth money you saved on it. Twenty bucks more will get you the Vizio with 1080p, the insignia is 720P, and dedicated input return when you power off and back on. The biggest gripe is the omission of this issue in the Best Buy advertising and manual. I will repeat, exclusively streaming for a small room, it is a decent tv.

I haven't had the opportunity to use it much yet. Since I'm not into much technology, I had a little trouble getting it set up, but I was finally successful and look back and say "that wasn't so bad!" I'm a little afraid that the TV may be smarter than I am!!

I bought this to put on my kitchen counter, that part works. I don't like that it doesn't work like my big TV, but it serves the purpose and I can watch while I'm cooking and working in the kitchen.

it should have an easier way to program free channels this tv is too smart for me like a separate channel scan for free instead of buched up with all streaming

Great little TV with lots of apps & features. Works great with Alexa Amazon & Netflix It's great that it still has a TV tuner for antenna over-the-air channels. I see details I've never seen before.

Purchased this tv for my daughter. She accidentally cracked the screen. But loved it. So I purchased this one to replace it. Has all the features I was looking for. Would purchase from this brand again. And preferred ordering directly from best buy.

Bought as a 2nd screen for our exercise bike. It doesn’t support casting; however, works fine with the app so we have a useable screen without having to look through the handle bars when doing non-biking exercise.

Bought this to replace our old LG smart TV (video died). Setup was not as easy as it was with our LGs. Fire also limits you to Amazon compliant apps. We installed without enabling Alexa which was harder than it should be. Works well once you sign into everything.

I purchased this Insignia TV because it was a smart TV. I should have been able to easily download the ATT-TV app so I can stream all my local and cable programs. This TV uses the FIRE TV by Amazon as it's base program. Apparently, Amazon blocks ATT-TV. and it may block others as well. There are NO opportunities to create a search, so the user only has access to the programming that Amazon deems worthy.

The sales person listened to my needs. Within 10-15 minutes guided me to what he thought I was looking for and told me all about the tv. I bought it and he carried it out to my car. .... Couldn't have been easier.

Great tv got it for my daughter , even after she knocked it over and got a head print on it the little thing still worked great lol . Very durable !!!!!

While this TV does not have the best picture quality it works great as a background smaller TV. Use this for the kitchen and it works perfectly fine. Has the bells and whistles of a smart TV.

This is a Fire TV and works great on internet. I had a little trouble when I switch to antenna. A little difficult to find source to change to antenna. Very happy with the TV and use it in my kitchen.

Nice little tv. Great for bedroom. Only problem is I set it to go to turn on where it was turned off but goes to fire home screen. Worked a few times at first but doesnt anymore no big deal but have to have two remotes.

Bought this tv for my kids room, works great except that Disney Plus does not work. Gets to the profile screen and it gets stuck on loading. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. This is one of the reasons I bought this tv for them.
