At some point after buying this tv amazon decided to update the interface. In doing so they introduced the most annoying bug in the history of bugs, the remote detection error. DO NOT buy this or any other fire tv if you plan on using any other remote than the original one. I decided since the new interface was slow and annoying that i would just switch to a roku stick. Well i rue the day i did that, not because roku is bad but because the fire tv constantly pops this hard stop error on the screen locking me out unless i go grab the fire remote and hit the ok button. Its the most inconvenient and frustrating thing ive ever experienced!!

I love this TV. I'd definitely recommend buying this one because of what's included with the Amazon Prime vs. Roku. It also came with an echo Dot which I use almost more than the TV. Thank you!!

Use as work out TV mounted on a speaker tripod that I already owned. Sits in front of bike. Amazon and Netflix work flawlessly for streaming during workouts. I don't use any of the "bike ride" streaming or workout streaming apps.

I wanted to be able to get tv without cable and this did the trick. It was more complicated to set up than the instructions suggested but I received patient and thorough instructions when I called customer service.

Decent picture quality but this is the slowest smart tv i have ever had, the time to switch between programs and start shows is wayyy too long

So far, so good. We had a little problem getting it set up electronically (not physically), but with chat assistance from a Minnesota-based Best Buy assistant, now everything works just fine.

The TV is challenging to program but once you download the applications it is well worth it. The picture size is perfect for a small room. The volume is easy to adjust. The visual colors are bright and clear. Love it!

Using as q monitor for my sons birthday gift. Lucky enough to get him a ps5 and now he has a great tv that offers great graphics for his gaming as well as sound. A terrific bargain for the bedroom. You wont be disappointed.

Tv was perfect for my son who keep wearing the power chord of the regular firestick out and resetting the stick multiple times. The graphics are good but the firesticks interface is awesome Was madd that the screws for the base were not in the box

Using it as tv and as a second screen for the computer. As a second screen for the computer, the quality of the image is not that good. As a TV, the quality is very good, as expected.

Tv is nice but format is awful control doesn’t have numbers you can press Trying to get regular tv is a pain you have to go through so many menus

This TV is the perfect size for a spare bedroom. Many settings, Wifi compatible make it great to watch all of your favorite shows. I appreciate the ability to lower the screen brightness at night so I can leave the TV on while I sleep.

Not a bad TV for my mom. Easy to use yet not too simplistic. Hard part is there's no number on the remote for her to change channels.

I bought 3 of them and love them. They replaced 2 smaller tv's and even one larger one. They were easy to set up. Sound goes up and down once in a while, not sure if it's the tv or the show we're watching.

Good tv but some apps like telemundo doesn't work, it says that i need an update but everything is up to date, spectrum app not available.

I like it. My only drawback is it's smarter than I am. It turns on, on its own and decides I should be watching it. It does what I need it to and works well other than turning on, on its own.

Keeping having to unplug and restart tv due to errors that pop up when we turn it on. The. Screen and. Lots of options for a smart TVs but we have to reset it at least once a week.

It's good TV w.r.t the price , but if you want to use it as a monitor than beware of resolution support.

Purchased for my RV and mounted easily and has worked well in every location we have used in while on vacation.

Works as expected. No issues setting up. It's great to have Firestick functionality built-in. Picture is just fine. You can't expect much from sound but actually is acceptable (for what it is). My application is wall mounted in a bathroom (no kidding).
