I purchased this television as an additional computer monitor. Of course, the grandchildren enjoy watching television when they are in my home office. My grandson enjoys having the service of two monitors when he is allowed time on my desktop.

Great purchase ever and high quality image. I definitely recommend it.

Its kind of an interesting little tv. The sound is good sometimes, but then its not. But it works great in our kitchen. The sound is the only thing that needs improvement. Everything else is great.

Good TV for the price, did have some issues with the operating system at first but for the price couldn't beat it.

I use this tv to monitor my camera system and as a spare tv when guests visit.

TV works as promised. I use this in one of my guest rooms and is only hooked to WiFi. Easy to set up and use and has a very clear image. I may purchase a larger one in the future as this one is only 24 inches.

I’m happy with this purchase. I purchased it for my bedroom. I have another in my craft room though it is smaller. I would recommend this brand for anyone on a budget. I had this one delivered and I was happy it arrived with no problems.

This is the first time we purchased a fire tv but our third time buying the insignia Tv. I love insignia brand from Best Buy cuz we had our tv that we purchased about 10 years ago and still works.

I had a lot of hope for this product, but have been extremely disappointed with it. The picture and sound quality are what I'd expect from a small 720P TV. However, that's about all the good I can say for this product. This TV will not stay connected to the WiFi and drops the connection constantly (in multiple apps -- not just one or two). Sometimes it drops after a minute or two, and sometimes it drops after a couple of hours or anywhere in-between (my other TV connected to the same router does not do this so it's not an internet issue). Further, when it drops the connection it doesn't try to reconnect, you have to manually go into the WiFi connections and connect to a different source then connect again to your chosen source before it will restore the WiFi connection. The OTA service is pathetic. I have an antenna that I used on a different TV in exactly the same location where I received over 70 channels. This TV finds zero channels with the same antenna and location setup. The only source that is really usable on this unit is the cable (for which I have a set-top box). The built-in Alexa is a nice feature, but it doesn't control much inside the apps. My Echo can do everything the built-in Alexa does making the built-in feature of little use for me. I can't return this one, but I replaced this TV with a different kind of smart TV. Until Amazon can improve the OS and the interoperability problems, I would not buy another and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Great tV!!! Voice command works well worth Amazon Echo. Very portable to take from room to room to watch anywhere in my house or in my yards. Picture quality is mediocre due to size.

great product although I did not find out that it would not support Spectrum cable even though it is a smart tv until after I bought it and tried to install spectrum.

Not completely satisfied with this set. It certainly was priced reasonably and works for that extra set in the house

Every time you put the TV on and have attached to a cable its default is a screen that you must use the tv remote. It doesn't completely pare up with Optimum remote control, This is my third INSIGNIA tv and never had a problem and had always recommended them. It also didn't recommend HDMI or HDM2 you must use TV remote and search. The legs are so wide that it doesn't sit well on kitchen counter either. I have to tape it down and doesn't flush as well to the wall as did the single stand.

I've been using this tv for just under a month, and I'm already having some issues. I purchased this tv because it runs on Wifi and has a built in Fire stick. Sometimes while using Youtube, the entire tv shuts down. When trying to go back to the place in the video where you left off, it doesn't save from where you left off. When using Amazon Prime, going to a new series, it sometimes starts playing the series from a random season instead of from episode one. Small, janky problems but still annoying nonetheless.

Worked very well and is now in my farm house in West Virginia. Love it!

This tv was a great buy also got the warrant. Also loved that it came with other apps to have access too.

This TV allows me to watch my favorite movies and shows using a hotspot or Wi-Fi signal. I can even view my Amazon photos I got stored.

Recently went to streaming dumping the over priced hard to deal with satellite provider - this TV is perfect with built in Firestick. Love the streaming options. Have it in a small 4 season porch at the cabin. Works great. Hope it lasts.

I am very surprised about this TV. It fits perfect in our new camper trailer that we just purchased. It's very bright easy to see and easy to set up.. I love the app selection as well. Great TV for a great price!
