Bought as open box in store. The box looked great & it was the best looking one. Gave to our son for Christmas & when got it home the screen was all broken. Had to take back & they did not have smart TV

The Tv watches okay but the remote control doesn't work as well no matter how many batteries I used

A great little TV with good sound. The only issue we've had with it, is that the Xfinity App doesn't work very well. We mainly got it to use as a spare, so this is not a deal breaker for us.

I finally got my Insignia TV, the freeze we had here in Texas held-up its delivery for a week. I had no problem in setting up the the smart TV and connecting it to my Wifi so I could use the Fire TV feactures.

First bought it with the intention of using it as a computer monitor but didn't like it, but it works fine as a small TV. The price is good.

Had a 25+ year old tube type 12" that died, and so I got this to replace it. My wife likes it while she's settling in for the night.

A little tricky for a 75 year ld to hook up, but it is working just fine now. I was surprised that I couldn't get local channels until I hired help to hook everthing up properly - then I have to use two remotes..

This TV is operating better than I expected. I also use this as a monitor via the HDMI and the screen is not nearly as distorted as I was anticipating. The smart capabilities of the TV are a bonus!

It's fine for our purpose, which is to use it as a changable menu board in the bar of our Bed and Breakfast - Rosewood Country Inn - in Bradford, NH. For a TV it's resolution isn't the highest.

Excellent size to mount in the corner of kitchen. The response time and processor are a little slow. But for the price and the fact this is a kitchen tv, not a main watching tv make that acceptable.

I have no problems with the TV I also have another one the same size that I purchased I just don't want to travel abroad put it in my suitcase can I have my television with me

we got this so my wife could have a portable TV to use with her Switch. It has worked great and the price was also great!

Works well But the color is faded on the right corner about 3 inches inward. not the best but the price was right at the time.

Great TV for our kitchen. Wifi does wonders on selection of shows. To get the full value have an antenna to gather more channels. The remote is very sensitive. Not sure if that's good or bad.

Pretty good small TV, fits the need pretty perfectly. Only complaint is that the OS is SLOW but for $50, it’s not a huge deal.

As senior citizens, getting used to 2 remotes and coordinating their functions was a little daunting, but once you get the hang of it the enjoyment is enhanced. Picture meets our needs, we are not connoisseurs.
