Got this for my husband for Christmas fir our camper. He of course, hasn't opened it. But the ease of ordering online & delivery was amazing!

TV is great. Just wish the when you turn it on it goes directly to the HDMI port rather than having to scroll down and click.

The picture quality is good, but the sound quality is fair. Have had the TV less than a month and having problem with it already. I have an Xbox One connected to it and the screen will go black randomly while I am using the Xbox. I have to try to turn off the TV and turn it back on. A few times, this didn't work and I had to unplug it.

This is the 2nd unit I've owned. First TV had OTA video stuttering on some channels despite the signal strength indicating 'good'. Returned the original TV since it was under warranty. BB sent the unit in for service and they indicated it would be replaced (a new unit in the store). Unfortunately, the 2nd TV suffers from the same problem. All other TV's in the house work fine, along with a different TV in this location. I should add, I'm an RF engineer and understand Noise Figure, Intercept Points, etc. of the OTA input signal when using an LNA at the antenna - all things that can potentially cause this issue (i.e. the TV is not the culprit), but those issues don't seem to be present. I tried different LNA's (and even another antenna) along with various signal boosters to make sure both the noise figure and gain were adequate and that the LNA and the TV were not overloaded. Is there a combination that might work? Sure - but it shouldn't be this finicky to get things to work correctly. So I don't know if the tuner is weaker in some areas of the band or if there is something else going on. But as of right now, I can't recommend this TV. I do want to add the BB employees were great and service was very prompt (the unit was shipped to a repair facility).

Just needed this for a guest bedroom so found this to be an ideal purchase for the price point.
