Avoid! Worst product ive ever used.

Picture frequently doesnt match voices. I repeatedly need to unplug it for a couple minutes to even get it to turn on. When it does turn on it takes several minutes to load to the profile select screen. Several more minutes to load the selected profile. Then when trying to select an app pressing the remote button in any direction has it skip over 4-5 tiles and cant select the app i want. The tv also frequently turns of during viewing. Sometimes 5 minutes. Other times within a minute of selecting a show or app. Avoid this tv at all cost.
