Meh...

It's only 720 resolution, but didn't need anything amazing for my kitchen. The picture isn't too bad, and sound is marginal, but again wasn't expecting much. Start up is extremely slow. The menu layout upon start up is a little overwhelming. This TV relies solely on apps for watching shows, which is fine as I cut the cord years ago, but would think that navigating to the one app I use all the time would be easier. Biggest issue is that after a couple of months of light use, the image kept freezing after 30 minutes of use. The only way to unfreeze was to back out to the main menu and reopen the app you're using. Kind of a nuisance. I contacted Insignia, who said that it needed to be returned to Best Buy to determine if it could be fixed. Mind you, this is a $100 TV, so didn't expect much, but did expect it to work properly for more then a couple of months.
