After you reset it will work until you turn it off then you have to reset it all over again reset the TV also this doesn't help . And there is no volume for the internal speaker even when you go to the audio output it will not let you turn it on. Went thru every trouble shooting videos and websites and nothing worked therefor had to return it. Also had to return the free gift otherwise Best Buy would charge you for it.
