Remote/Deal Breaker

The remote was a deal breaker for me and I returned the TV. The remote only has channels up/dn, I scanned 70 channels but use only 6 of them. To go from ch 2 to 66 u have to press ch up and go through all the channels. There is a favorites option where u can store your favorites, but its a 3-4 step process to get there. No help from tech support if there is a work around.
