I’m not sure if I got one that doesn’t work properly but it is so slow. Glitchy and barely responds to commands. Takes MINUTES to load apps and Home Screen. 5-10 seconds just to move the arrows between apps. Will never purchase again. Save your sanity and buy a tv and separate fire stick. I cannot refund it at this point but I’m considering throwing it away. Just to get Netflix up its a 10 min process and that’s if it doesn’t crash several times

After 4 calls to Customer service, they just blame it on Apple/Fubo and the apps, basically not a BB problem
