REMOTE PROBLEMS

Nope! The remote works when it wants to. I have tried everything. I just had a one month stint of it working fine and then it did a remote update when I turned it on and now the remote no longer works. I have to pull the plug to turn it off. I tried customer service and it is like pulling teeth to get an answer. Just send me or post a troubleshooting guide. About to junk this one.

Each time you turn it on you have to chose a channel. Does not go to the last channel you were on.
