    I like this TV because it fits my space and the price was good. What I don't like: the remote control is small. To get the TV channel, I have to get past the 'Insignia' screen and the next screen where there is a list of apps. Then I have scroll down and select HDMI which allows the TV screen to move on to the show I want to see. This is not instant on since I have to go to through 2 screens to get to show I want. The sound is fair. I often have to increase the sound to maximum to hear some things clearly.

    Got hacked on Amazon.

    Purchased 2 of these tvs. Sometime after signing in to Amazon in these devices, the account was hacked and streaming video purchases were or trials activated. Both “adult” and children’s’ content. Fortunately Amazon refunded the purchases, but list the free trials. Security on Amazon through these devices seems too weak. Also have various odd issues occasionally, performance issues, slow to show or navigate menu sometimes. On antennae often does not maintain a strong signal, changes the size and location of the picture, or reverts back to the guide view.

    I bought a small 24" TV to fit into a TV cabinet I've had for years. The picture is fine, but the speakers and HDM slots were not. I will keep it in a smaller room, but will be returning to buy a 40" and a TV Bench to put it on.

    It was open box so i expected some issues but its very slow to connect to internet. Buffering is constant while watching programming.

    Sound quit working on day 3. It starts on the Home Screen for the Fire Stick and I haven’t found a way to get it to default to the cable tv input. No numbers on the remote so you can go directly to a specific channel without using the up/down button to scroll through every channel. Alexis doesn’t work for changing channels. Had to make a special trip back to the store (100 miles round trip) to return the duplicate order that was shipped to me. Not happy with any part of this whole process/purchase!

    The Firetv hasn’t worked properly. It keeps asking to reset or restart TV. It doesn’t connect fast enough. Called customer service & was told that I had to restart TV often!

    The tv is fine. The sales associate was a complete jerk. Dude actually told me the open box price listed on the product and confirmed by coworker was wrong.

    I have to continue and reconnect to the internet which isn't good since the.other one in the house uses it most often and doesn't know how to connect back to the internet

    I bought this tv mainly to hook to my computer so I can watch my security/bird cameras on, so for over a month I didn't have the sound on. When I did turn the sound on it was like everything was coming from a tin can, and I thought the mic on my camera was shot. Then I checked that camera on a different computer and it was fine. Tried actually watching tv on it, and the sound again was like it was coming from a tin can. Other than the speakers being bad, or of bad quality, the tv is great.

    You get what you pay for. Since this is just for security cameras it's not a big deal. However if you are using this for daily viewing, I would try looking at LG, Samsung or Sony

    Pretty nice TV for the price when they are on sale. I would not pay full price for them. Very difficult to screw the base arms in without stripping the screw heads.

    TV seems clunky to use. Remote does not respond all the time and hitting the hamburger button doesn't bring up the input menu. I bought this to be an office TV/second monitor but it's not good for that. It reverts to the smart menu and I cannot find any way to set it to stay on antana. When I ran the channel scan it said it had found channels but I couldn't watch them. The shower up the next day when I turned the TV on again. I'm just unsatisfied overall with this product.

    didn't understand what a fire tv was, now I do. Pain in the rear as you have to go thru numerous steps to watch regular tv but once you are thru that it is just fine.

    TVs just ok for bedroom. Biggest con is the power saver. Tv shuts down after 30 mins of “inactivity”. WHAAT. Watching tv is inactivity!!
