    Having issues with connection to WiFi and Amazon. Out of the blue and can no longer return. Very small TV as well. Works better as a computer monitor.

    I’m using theses as monitors in my office. They aren’t as clear as I was hoping , so I’m not sure if I’ll keep them for monitors.

    I just bought this tv but when I open the hulu app and I fast fwd when Im finished the screen goes black and you habe to reset the fire tv again.

    First unit delivered broken - no problem it happens. Called local store and replaced it with same unit from store stock. Brought it home installed it and remote didn't work. Called and was sent a new remote via mail. Two days later discovered replacement remote did not resolve problem. Another call and was told it's a broken tv. Returned to store a bought a different brand tv.

    If I could do this again, I would go with a standard TV and a separate firestick. The fire TV processor in the TV is exceptionally slow, and the biggest drawback is there is no casting/mirroring functionality. This is a big drawback for me, and every other fire device has this functionality. My fault for assuming this TV had it. Now I'm outside of the return window, unfortunately.

    Crappy. Gave 2 of these to my son to use as monitors for work from home. After just 3 weeks of use, one of them went black on half the screen. It was literally 3 days beyond the extremely limited return policy. So, instead of giving him an exchange, they sent it out for repair and he won't have it for 3 weeks. What a bunch of crap. I should have paid a little more and bought a real brand and not the crappy Best Buy Brand. I will always order from Amazon Prime in the future, with the much better return policies. Absolute rip off. I would give a zero to the product and Best Buy itself with this ridiculous return policy on Christmas gifts!

    VERY slow to load (takes eternity before you start start watching it). This isn't Full HD (I didn't notice this when I was buying it). I wanted to use it as a monitor to my PC, but the lower resolution and the picture quality is terrible - the text is very blurry. My other TVs are working fine as monitors - the text is crisp and easy to read. But not with this one

    If i could give it a zero i would. Tv is super slow and remote glitches. Cant pick a show because of the remotes glitching and i f i can pick something the tv fails more than half the time to actually open shows/apps. Too bad return period is so small. Wont buy again from best buy. My son cant even use his christmas gift.

    The TV is great but BB isn't. I opted for deliver which never happened. The next day I called BB and while on hold I drove to the store. 20 minutes on hold no answer. I went to the pick up desk and the TV still had to be picked from the main floor. There was no intention to ever deliver the TV the day before if it had not even been moved to the front of the store.

    in less than 4 months, stopped turning on properly, voice command stopped responding, wiped Prime account information out of the internal fire TV, sound breaks up, sound goes off, turns itself off while watching a program then says 'Alexa' needs to be paired to TV(it is inside the TV). It is still under warrantee. Taking it back once I get it off the wall mount.

    Tv is new. Have not been able to identify problems. Tv speakers are not very good. Difficult to hear tv with out volume being turned way up

    Constantly freezes and glitches. The remote lags or doesnt work at all. I have reset, unplugged, tried everything I could find to try. This was a waste of money! Was a Christmas present so was not returnable by the time this was figured out.

    If I can do 0 stars, I would. I just opened this tv yesterday and not even 24 hours in, it’s the worst tv I ever purchased. This is MASSIVELY slow, doesn’t respond, doesn’t read inputs and it’s buggy at best! I would only keep it if the input works for my Apple TV, but as of now, it doesn’t.

    TV is Ok. The free Apple TV promo is a big , big joke...Never work never a apple rep or geek could help!!!!!!
