    I have had it just cut off. There are times is stops playing and switches to the previous channel. Glitchy remote. Half the time it doesn't seem to work and then suddenly it won't stop. The picture will get blurry and/or lags.

    To be honest I hate this tv. It's laggy beyond belief. If you click a button sometimes it works!! Other times it takes forever to register inputs

    Good picture is the only positive. Everything else is very frustrating. Screen freezes every 15 seconds until it warms up (up to 15 minutes ). Bad tuner? Does not default to tv function, even with "last function" or whatever it's called enabled.

    Tv kept on glitching… picture quality was off and volume was very low. Took too long to download other apps and would take 3 -5 mins just to switch from Amazon tv to Netflix. I returned the item and bought a different size tv.

    I want to throw this tv out the window. The tv turns on by itself. The remote doesnt work as it scrolls and scrolls cannot stop on the channel I want to watch

    The screws for the stand aren’t easy to get in place. This resulted in my losing multiple screws and they didn’t provide any replacement screws in the package.

    I purchased this TV almost a year ago and returned it for a sound problem. Best Buy sold me another Insignia TV and now I am having problems with the remote! I would not buy one of these TVs again! The problem now is that I am out of warranty and they want me to purchase a new remote!

    Decent tv until a few months ago when one of the four back lights at the bottom went out. Now, haven't even had the tv a full year and we have a black line running down the screen and it flashes. I'm sure given a few more months even that will increase.

    I purchased this tv as an “open box-certified” thinking that it would work just like a brand new tv but it doesn’t. It came with no remote and the tv just randomly turns off whenever. I will never purchase a open box tv again.

    The television was priced as a definite discount and arrived in pristine condition. The picture clarity is excellent and it functions as required to select the programming from the internet. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

    Purchased a new insigna tv & it didn't work- so disappointed that i had to return it --- Best Buy isnt close by- with now the cost of gas & my time to travel to return the tv is unacceptable! How can a new tv bit work????
