    I brought two of the same tv & one of them is defected & one works . The defected tv works but shuts off every few minutes . & freezes up alot . Sadly its my daughters tv so she or I have to keep turning it on to play something .

    This Television is probably worth the money because I bought it on sale, however the legs don’t work properly, It’s shaky. Also I didn’t like the steps for setting up the TV. I feel like I should’ve save more and buy a better TV.

    Don’t buy this tv

    This is by far the worst tv I’ve ever owned. The remote eats batteries. Apparently a known problem that manufacturer refuses to acknowledge. Picture freezes constantly. Requires unplugging. Sound has a mind of its own. Full volume and you barely hear it. Have to unplug to reset volume. Apps freeze. Clicking through apps takes forever with delays. Literally 5 minutes to load sling or fubo shows. Just plain awful.

    Slow to load, told me to clean storage a lot, when I went to the storage it was a lot left, said 0 taken, reception with antenna wasn't as good as the new 32" Toshiba I purchased since

    I REALLY should have listened to the reviews but there were many good ones too. This TV is defective...the software malfunctions. Sometimes it works. Most times...it doesn't. It's always updating and it can take over 30 minutes each update. Sometimes it doesn't respond which is real unfortunate when you're watching a show that isn't kid appropriate and your child walks in the room and it won't pause, volume won't turn down...TV won't turn off. Etc. Three times last night it randomly turned itself on...I turned it off just for it to come back on minutes later (probably for yet another update). Pass on this one! Trust me!

    Writing this after 3 years of owning it. When we first got it the system was really laggy but we ignored it because it was a cheaper TV. Today the volume is going out and the apps open randomly. I would stick to VIZIO or LG

    Missing Remote

    I was so happy to finally get back home with my new Smart TV. It took me nearly an hour and a half to get to the store. It took me just as long to get back home. To ny surprise, when I got everything out of the box the remote control wasn't there. Over 2 hours on the phone with 8 different representatives and I got nothing! The funny thing was that the batteries were in there. Three of the reps suggested that I just go back to the store and explain.. but there's no guarantee that I would get the result I was looking for. I'm guessing I'll be contacting Capital One credit and getting them involved. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I'm 65yrs old and I don't have enough hair to be pulling out!

    I stopped using tv cuz it’ll freeze randomly. Remote stopped working with it except to pair it again. Tried getting new remote doesn’t work still. Never going to get another one of these TVs.

    You get what you pay for I guess

    I tried everything to make this tv work but it’s awful. I’ve restarted, restored, you name it. It’s for my kid, and the amount of times her show just stops playing and the streaming apps crash is ridiculous. I’m highly considering getting a fire stick to use on this which is ironic. A fire stick works better than a tv with fire tv integrated. It runs slow, crashes, glitches out, it’s unbearable really. I’ve never seen a smart tv run so badly. I guess this is what you get now when you spend less than 100 on a tv now.

    The Amazon Smart Fire installed with the TV makes it very difficult to use.I had to call Insignia just to find out how to change the TV ratio.I will never get another TV with Amazon software installed.

    I got the tv December 2020 exactly 9 months later you have to put the volume all the way up to hear something. Now i gotta call the store & see what to do.

    I just bought this little tv for my son. However now the remote isn’t working. It’s been less than a month. Batteries have been replaced and a power reset had been done as well.

    Super slow unresponsive os have tried resetting but it’s just incredibly clunky and constantly freezes up or restarts on its own

    I hate this FIRE TV. It has so many Amazon apps on it that it takes for ever to load. You can't delete them either. I have this in my workout room, and it can take 10 or more minutes to find a channel. I would never recommend a Fire TV. It is so slow moving between apps and channels. They need to delete all of the Amazon apps and allow you to install only what you want to see.
