    Remember, you get what you pay for. Within a month I've got a 4" wide band on the screen of the TV. From top to bottom. And I when I called customer service the lady on the other end told me I had no other choice but to contact the manufacturer. I asked to talk to a manager and was told she could take a name and number and have them call me back. She could not have cared any less.

    Remote wouldn’t sync out of the box. Bought online and had the hassle of returning. Stay away from this brand

    As of two days ago, the TV appears to be frozen. Can not change channels or adjust volume. Tried changing batteries in remote but that didn't help either. Wondering if the issue is the remote rather than the TV.

    It set up nicely, but I only find out after that the Spectrum app doesn't work with this television. I can't use it now.

    In less than a year, the tv stopped turning on. A light on the back is still lit red, but neither the power switch nor remote work. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

    We ended up returning it because it would randomly shut off and would not acknowledge anything plugged into the HDMI port.

    Its a good tv but the remote stop working and I only had the tv for 2 1/2 months and I don’t use the tv daily

    Second one I've had...software is so slow...after a while the software is updated with Amazon junk...no more memory left for your own apps...you're at the mercy of Amazon...do yourself a favor and get a Samsung...they are better

    Bought this for the kiddo as a first TV, I regretted it after only a short while. Not sure if it is Fire TV or the TV itself, but when he wants to watch TV it generally take 5 to 10 minutes to power on and sign in. Then I have to fight with fire TV to get a show to work. Usually two or three attempts will get it to work. Save yourself the headache and pay for a slightly better TV.

    Bought the TV to use in a camper. You had to go through a process to get the TV to give you a list of any stations. Those fire TVs to me are something I would never buy another one of.

    This TV takes FOREVER to boot up!! If I want to see a show I should turn the TV about 2 minutes before the start of the show because that's about how long it takes! Be careful!!!

    I have bought a lot of TVs in my time, and this is by far the worst. Not for picture quality or functionality. All that was fine. The first TV I purchased was broken out of the box (had a large shadow in the screen). I returned it. The second TV worked fine for 2 weeks, and then never turned on again. Of course, by the time I went to return it, it was out of the 15-day return policy. I will not be buying another one, and will avoid Best Buy in the future based on their return policy as well.

    I got this tv for my kids so they could watch Netflix, Disney+, etc. It didn’t last 2 weeks before I had to exchange it. I thought it might just be an issue with that particular tv so I exchanged it for a new (same model) and had to return it for the same reasons as the 1st, it took 10- 15 minutes to turn on or sometimes didn't turn on at all. If you tried to use an app it took forever to load. I ended up getting a completely different tv

    viewing on any angle the picture washes out or becomes very white, loosing most of the color

    Incorrect manual - no PCM setting for optical conn

    Manual is not correct for this model. My wireless headphones don't receive several of the stations and the manual says set to PCM. This tv model does not have that setting. Home-Settings-Display & Sounds that leads to PCM does not exist. Instead it is Home-Settings-Sound - no PCM setting so optical cable is only picking up certain stations and I lose more all of the tim.

    Insignia 24" F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV was purchased on Sept 09, 2021 on Nov 22, 2021 the speakers failed. The returnable date is Oct 01, 2021. I cannot recommend this Television. Speakers failed 52 days after return window closed.
