    This TV restarts whenever it feels like it. I am not sure why, this is my only complaint.

    The HDMI sometimes doesn't work. So it's difficult to connect.

    I bought this a a return open item which stated excellent to new condition. Here the funny bad part all the plastic tuff was on it however the back cover is missing 80 percent of the screws. My guess it died BB fixed it as a doa and repacked it. Looks like the 10 bucks I saved was not worth it. Yes the TV works but I A. Either need to bring it back and exchange or find 8 tiny screws to properly secure the back cover of the TV. VERY poor quality check BB

    Constant Freezing, Buffering, and Rebooting

    Terrible TV, but I guess I get what I paid for. The TV constantly freezes and buffers, always right when I want to hear or see something. The TV also, without rhyme or reason goes to the main menu page. I believe all these problems are a result of the "Smart Fire TV", I do not believe any of this would happen if it was just a TV that required a HDMI plug-in for video source.

    Turns on by itself after having it for 2 months

    It was working great but all of a sudden the tv turns on, on its own. We literally have to disconnect the television from turning on by itself .

    Very disappointed with this item. Received item the day before I left on vacation . Upon my 2 week return I eagerly connected this device to my Wi-Fi and internet . It would not connect to my cable service regardless of method used (wired, wireless ,coax cable, hdmi) Connection was attempted on several devices…all with the same result

      I'm not sure about this scenario. Is that mean this TV cannot connect to the internet neither by Wi-Fi nor by Internet? Or, you what you said is cannot reach your subscription by an app on the TV? At the end, you said "Connection was attempted on several devices…all with the same result". I assume the devices include your phone and others. Is that the Internet service provider issue? May I know your cable/Internet provider, router and how did you connect the TV to Internet?     I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the wrong size TV for my son. When I went back to the store they said I ordered it online so I would have to call them. When I called them they said they couldn’t help me because it was 24 days since purchase. TV aid too small and slow. I wanted to exchange it to a bigger TV and pay the difference. My son is disappointed and so am I.

    The TV worked fine the 1st 3 months. Now it’s a piece of garbage. No voice at all sometimes and certain channels…..then it comes back 2 hours later. Then it speaks only Spanish and commercials are in English. We bought it on Dec. 29, 2021. So its 8 months old but has been doing this since June. Never again will I buy from Best Buy.

    Video freezes.

    I bought this Smart TV to stream from the Internet. It would work just fine for an hour or two but then the video would freeze. You would have to reset the TV by unplugging it, holding the power switch on the TV for 30 seconds, plugging it back in and waiting 10 minutes, then holding the power switch again. Nope! Just nope. I am not going through those gymnastics every couple of hours just to watch TV.

    Terrible terrible TV. Worked one month and then wouldn't turn on anymore. Spend 45 minutes go through Best Buy customer service and all they could do is have me take it kin at certain time and they could try to fix it. Just one problem with this. I bought it online because I dont drive much anymore. Figureing my gas to get to store and back would almost cost me as much as buying a new TV. Stay away from this brand. Terrible!
