Not good with inverter

Does not accept my prime account

This was to replace an older tv that used a fire stick. I can not get this tv to accept my prime account -- it keeps offering me a free 30 day trial. The control could be part of the problem because it is not very responsive even with new batteries. I plan to return for a refund because I can't watch my free prime programs.

I'd been told by friends this brand was not dependable. I saw this product a 24" smart TV marked at about $100 so bought it. keep it for two days. It was easy to setup and use on WiFi but it kept cutting out. I returned it and got a refund and bought a new VIZIO 24 " .

Open Box TV not Recommended!!!

Now I know why it was returned by original buyer and sadly didn't have the chance to inspect his in time for its return period. :(

Never again

I bought a birthday present for my sister, The TV would not hold the cable channels. Set up a LG at the same time no issues. Took the Insignia back & so sad, too bad the box is open, you are past the return date. You are out of luck. So now I have a new TV I paid $106 for that doesn't work. Not even an option to have it looked at.

Do not buy

Well, now the screen keeps going blank and returning to the home screen every time I open an app. It's not anything on my end because I have multiple TVs. This one is not worth the money. It doesn't even work.
