I purchased it for my grandson and had it delivered here in Rockford but by the time I got there a week later it was not working.

It doesn’t now have enough power to run the web apps and just sits and loads. I click the Netflix button and Netflix pops up and starts to load. After a couple minutes it just stops and pops into another app

Just started with no warning. It is past the return date, so now it is being donated to the trash bin. I would not recommend this or any Insignia tv to anyone. Stay away from these absolute garbage tv's

It would turn itself off if you tried to pause it to go get snacks or leave it for any amount of time. It would not even stay on the show. No settings to correct this. Returned it. I had two and they both did the same thing.

The remote is slender and easy to use. Could be nice for a kids room or small space. I took off 1 star because it releases a plastic smelling odor when pugged in and running. Maybe because it's new. Hopefully it will go away with time.

I’m fairly tech savvy, but this has been a real disappointment. I can’t watch cable as there is no sound. The networks that can be downloaded as apps have such poor syncing, I feel as though everything is an old movie. Do not recommend.
