Doesnt work with a cable box

Very poor Display

Don't buy these brands (they are Best Buy Brand) The Screen is so dull, that if you have any light on around you, forget it, you will not see the image. Had to return it after 2 days.

Shot craps after one year

The TV and apps are slow to respond. If you need something small and cheap perhaps that will outweigh the TV being slow to respond and having to restart apps that crash.

lousy sound and start issues.

This set is very difficult if you lack the patience to use it. Lousy sound. Speakers are in back of the set. It did an upgrade and that's when the trouble began

Sad opening

I had to wait for my son to put on tv holder. When he came over opened the box took out the tv it's was bent in the middle and cracked. I will never buy anything else from best buy

Slow apps, TV spontaneously turns on periodically

I’m ok with that, but here and there it won’t turn off. Well, it turns off and then it turns back on. Over and over. Eventually I have to unplug it.

Unhappy customer

I pause it and step away for a snack or bathroom , it shuts off and takes me 5 min to get back to where I was. No way to change the settings. The interface sucks and the tv is all around frustrating to use.

Hdmi port troubles

Terrible Reception

I got a lot of pixelation / digital static. It was almost impossible to was broadcast TV. I ended up returning it. There other TVs in the house do not have this issue.

Slow. Not Responsive. Not worth it.
