    Terrible TV. Would not connect to internet. Was with Insignia help for 45 minutes trying to connect to internet. Finally, they told me to return TV as it was defective.

    This isn’t a good tv the color and quality isn’t good and not being able to return it gives me all the more reason to not buy another product from here

    I did not realize that you HAVE TO HAVE Alexa to use this TV until I tried to set up. I do not want Alexa and disappointedly returned the TV because of this.

    I have had this tv a MONTH...that is it. It tries to turn on and never gets past the first screen. Its an absolute piece of garbage, do not buy this crap! It laated ONE MONTH!

    Awful! The software is SO slow and sluggish. It takes several minutes for the menus and channel guide to load. I hate this TV.

    This TV did not serve the intended purpose unable to get the screen to adjust properly unable to get this TV to respond to the cable provider programs . Just a hot mess!!!

    Tv nice Service sucks. So Spending 64 minutes on the phone. Transfer 5 times. Each time had to repeat my problem to be told Sorry don't do that Let me transfer you

    I need to return this tv. It doesn't have my cable app and it says it is not connected to my Wi-Fi and won't let me sign in to my apps when it is connected. Piece of crap.

    my son bought this to play his little video games he claims a monitor wouldn’t be sufficient -_- but surprise surprise the tv isn’t better.. the screen isn’t clear at all.

    I used the monitor twice. Turned it on yesterday and the screen is faded then the monitor looks like it turns off. Returning tomorrow.

    I bought this as an open box tv. The open box label was faded and I didn’t notice that it said the stand and 1 remote was missing. I returned the tv the next day.
