This is my second Amazon Fire TV. Love it. It was easy to setup and use.

I love my tv. It works really good. It is the perfect size for me now.

I purchased the Insignia™ - 24" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV. It works well but the remote and tv connection is really bad. It keeps disconnecting every single time. I tried changing the battery, turned off and on the tv but nothing seems to be working. The only thing I figured out how to keep the connection is whenever I turn off the tv, i started plugging it off. But still, the connection is really slow. It takes a while to change channels. It seems to be stuck every time I try to change channels. It sucks. But overall, picture quality and sound quality are good.

Would have liked smaller TV to replace original, but none were available. I was told TV would work fine even without an Amazon account, but have to use 2 separate remotes to get any programming, & voice feature of remote is useless without Alexa.

When I went in to buy this TV, it was on sale at Amazon…the seller was Best Buy. They would not price match their own Amazon sale price! I should have taken that as a sign, but like a dummy, I bought the tv locally anyway. Even after seeing a bunch of open boxes, which looked like people returned them. Big mistake. At first, it seemed pretty cool that this TV actually had Fire TV built in. Didn’t take long for issues to start popping up. This thing either freezes or reboots all the time! I originally thought it might be software updates and app updates, and I usually really good at keeping that up to date. Long story short, that wasn’t it. I watch a lot of YouTube and stream stuff. Doesn’t take long after a reset for the TV to get bogged down and stop working. Constantly hangs up or just stops working. Then you have to reboot it again. Sadly, it has been about 5 months since I bought it and I can’t return it. I guess if you are just going to use it to watch cable TV and not use the built in Fire TV, it might be okay. I might have to stick a Roku on it, just to have it be useful at all. Seems pretty stupid that I bought a TV with Fire TV built in and I can’t even use it. What a waste of money.

I was hesitant to buy this based.on some of the negative reviews but I have no complaints. I bought this for my 8-year-old son's bedroom and it's very easy to navigate. I especially like the voice controlled search function. I've had it for a month and no problems yet.

Truly horrible TV. Picture is good, sound is fine, so what's the problem? The audio is out of sync. A lot. It can be fixed in the very short term (I spent hours looking for solutions, and tried dozens of remedies, but they are all ineffective or temporary), but within minutes to hours the voice and lips are off, though not on every station every time. Judging from I find online, this is a very common and insoluble problem. Secondly, there is a bad lag, often taking a few seconds to switch to anything on the streaming side. And when starting from the cable remote, it often goes to the streaming home page, so you need the insignia remote and half a dozen clicks to get back to the cable service. Finally, once in a while it will just turn off by itself. Too late to return it, and it's usable for sports where the audio sync often doesn't matter. I know, maybe just a bad TV and I'm an outlier. Maybe.

The response time on this TV is nearly unbearable. Click a button on the remote, wait 3 seconds, click an action wait 5 seconds, go to new screen, wait 3 seconds, etc. etc. I know it's a cheap TV, but I've owed other cheapos that functioned much better than this. Picture is decent for the price, but navigating the functions requires a LOT of patience. I have an old Chromecast, and find it better to use my phone to make app and show selections and just cast it... anyway, wish I would have spent a little more for a better TV.

It was time to "cut the cord". Got rid of DISH and replaced it with this Fire TV and a Fire Recast and Fire stick on my other TV. Both are working great and I'm very happy not to be paying monthly DISH fees.

We bought this to hang on the wall in our kids room. So far its been a perfect tv for them. It has all the apps we need plus the live tv option.

IT WAS A GOOD PURCHASE I TRUST BEST BUY WITH THERE OPEN BOXES ITEMS, MAYBE WE NEED MORE CARE WHEN SELLING ITEMS BUT IT WAS A GOOD PURCHASE

Excellent little TV for the kitchen. I would not want to be too far away from the screen as it's not a loarge picture but it's great for our needs.

tv operation is difficult for the elderly or maybe it's just me(72 with arthritis) . I like having access to lots of tv and movies.

Weither you have one now or not you will. If you don't have or want one find a smart tv not a smart fire tv
