I bought this TV as a gift for my daughter and I feel so bad because we cant get any of the apps to work. First started out with it taking 20 mins just to log in to our account for the app because when you press the over button 1 time the cursor jumps over 3 letters so we're sitting here playing a game with the remote just to type in the password. Then once we get logged into the apps it wont play anything. Its kicks it back to the home screen or the TV shuts off all together. So disappointed. If we had the box and packaging it would be getting returned. This was a waste of money.

The remote sometimes doesn’t respond. To change inputs or use an app it has to pause and think about it first. The tv signal goes through a processor first and is not directly sent to tv so you can get a slight delay or the sound can become unsync’d to video! They put the cheapest and most underpowered electronics possible in this tv. JUNK!!!

Not fit for classic channel flipping TV experience

This TV is not it. The remote does not have standard buttons to flip the channels. This TV is good for streaming and for more advanced viewing, it is not suitable for classic channel flipping TV experience. I had to return this TV.

This FireTV is glitchy and confusing UI. Often times the apps crash and/or lock up. The UI is very confusing to navigate and difficult to use compared to Roku. I would never buy another FireTV device after this experience. I got it on sale pretty cheap, but knowing what I know now, I would spend the extra on a Roku TV.
