    Not Roku Stick friendly

    The USB does not power the Stick. You cannot default the input source, so it always boots up to fire TV, meaning you always have to use two remotes to play roku - one to select input and then the roku. They are more interested in promoting Amazon than supporting customer options. : (

    Bad sound, does not work with headphones

    Headphones will not function with this product. Even though the manufacturer advertises that headphones work with this product they do not. The customer service is horrible. They will not even address this issue. The speakers on this product are not good. The picture is okay.

    The TV does not work properly. Takes 10 minutes for it to connect to the internet when you turn it on, and has massive latency issues. I have a 75in Samsung Smart Tv that cinnects immediately and has no issues.

    I returned the tv because it did not work well. When turning the channel the screen would just be black. Very slow. Takes a long time to turn on.

    Fire OS is worthless

    This TV has a lot of bugs, Amazon's fire OS is horrible. I've had to repeatedly unplug the TV to reset it, because the OS will crash randomly. Amazon recently updated the OS and it's caused even more problems, the closed captioning isn't working properly.

    Insignia non-functional tvs

    The first tv didn't work at all. Best buy replaced it. The second one worked the first night, but the second day it stopped responding to input from the remote and I couldn't watch it after that. Best buy was great, they took it back both times. But both tv's were defective from the factory.

    Sound output stopped altogether after a year. Researched online for a fix and found hundreds of others with the same issue. There’s a programming or design error causing this problem. I would not buy this brand again.

    Finally got it mounted, tried to pair it, and it would not boot up. Called the help number and for over a half hour we tried over and over again to get it paired up and it was a total fail! Was told to return it ASAP

    After spending 4 hours trying to hook this tv up to our cable and the internet ( with no manual!!) and no success, I returned it to Best Buy. They took it back, no issues!

    Wifi not working

    The tv has only 4 days of use and Its already not working properly. All of a sudden it's not connecting to the wifi and I wasn't able to reset it because I won't load anything. Very disappointed.
