Perfect little bedroom tv with no cable access. The picture and sound are great, and it fits easily on a bookcase shelf, making it design-friendly.

This is our first Fire TV and it will not be our last! Love the ease of use and clarity of picture and sound.

Had this for 2 weeks and a newbie to firetv. Easy to set-up and after a few updates was enjoying it. Very clear pic and Alexa works flawlessly.

Works good, good picture, easy to operate, work perfect in the cubby hole in motor home.

Thanks to the expertise of the sales associate, he suggested the Insignia Series Smart Fire TV. As it was going into a small area, we needed a 24” TV that had good WiFi capabilities, and this model fit the space perfectly. It was able to connect to our modem, which is downstairs, and provides an excellent picture with no streaming problems on any of our platforms. Not only would I recommend the Insignia brand, I encourage everyone looking for electronic devices to put Best Buy on their shopping list.

Good part; This TV can control my Bluetooth speakers with a remote(my old TV can't, I must manually increase/decrease the volume sound on the speakers themselves). It can also handle USB storage, my old TV have a big problem with this. So far I use a 2TB drive, it is supported. Bad part; it seems to have memory issues. Sometimes, my TV will restart on its own. Many times my Bluetooth speakers got disconnected which cause me to have re-set the whole thing(I had 3 speakers work in chains). Troublesome to have to re-set the whole chains of speakers. I clean up my memory very often but still have problems. Then sometimes I use the remote to increase or decrease volume, but the volume indicator won't show up, so I don't know exact volume I used at that moment. Then it will show again later. It keeps doing this, shows the volume, and then doesn't show volume sometime. Last bad part. Updating the system is painfully slow. I timed it once, it took more than 22 minutes to update. Then the restart process causes me to have to re-set the chains of Bluetooth speakers again. And here come the worst part, when re-start the TV doesn't recognize the USB drive, I had to pull the plug and plug it back in, then everything back to normal. As one can see, updating the system is a pain, I really don't want to update, but if I don't, then my TV probably won't work normally. This is a damning part of the product. I Hope Best Buy will work on these issues.

Very nice tv .easy to setup. Excellent picture and sound ,easy to use with the voice commands using remote control.

I was looking for a small kitchen TV to replace my outdated under cabinet TV combination system. The Insignia 24" smart TV was a perfect replacement! The picture quality is clear and crisp, the volume is perfect for an average size kitchen, and the remote is user friendly. I enjoy all the options available and added all my subscriptions (Disney, Spectrum HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and YouTube) Plenty of options for someone who just wanted a kitchen TV to keep her company while cooking!

Great TV for a small bedroom with fair sound and good image. Easy to use once familiarity with the controls sets in.

Nice for the price definitely you have to switch remotes or take the batteries out

I am NOT a television efficinado but I really like these Fire TV's. I We have a 32" as well as this 24". They are just hooked to an outside antenna and the picture is great. We live in a rural area and also have a lake home. These are the perfect thing for those locations. If you want to burn a lot of data you can hook up to Internet and get some fairly decent programming for a reasonable price. I guess the best feature is that they are flexible as far as what you want to watch and how much money you want to spend doing it.

I purchased this for my bedroom and it is just the right size. Comes pre-loaded with lots of apps and it is very easy to download more.

I found this tv perfect size for my kitchen and with the built in smart tv and the alexa remote its perfect

Easy setup and great price. Pay attention to leg insrall, there us a L and R. Will fail if not done right. Enjoying in our bedroom!
