disappointing Not so easy to use to change inputs from cable to HDMI seems to be a mystery I was assured when I purchased it that it was compatible / Spectrum... no app available and remote is unprogrammable

We bought this for our RV because of the size and price, but the features blew us away. Set it up while the RV was in the driveway and it connected to house Wi-fi easily. Clear picture and great reception of broadcast channels. Definitely a great product.

I bought this tv so I could could use with Alexa. Getting it to connect to the internet was easy but I could not get it to connect to my media server. Was not impressed with the fire tv interface, had to download more apps to try and connect to my media server. I have Roku devices and I have not had any issues connecting to my media server. I also don't like the way it only shows about 6 apps on the main screen. The picture was good...taking it back today

Great TV and the built in FireTV functions are perfect! Picture is great and sound is good for the size of the tv. Perfect for a small bedroom. I do wish it was easier to activate the sleep timer. It takes a few clicks through the menu to turn on the sleep setting.

I've found that the Best Buy brand of TV's have been great. This is my second Insignia. It's smaller size is perfect for my home office. What I like best about this one is that it has FireTV built in which means I can just turn on the TV and I'm ready to go!

It's Just the way I expected when i first brought it

I purchased this smaller size TV because of the brand and because of the pricing. It's a smart TV which I can use as a computer monitor and also use as a TV to watch Netflix, etc. It's perfect and it has great responsiveness, bright and colorful. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've been using this TV 5 weeks now and while the TV is very nice as is having the Fire TV built right in, the remote unpairing itself it a problem. Several times now, the remote stops working to where only thge power button works. I had to watch a YouTube video where a person explained how to repair the remote by holding the left menu button, the back button and the menu button (the one with the 2 or 3 lines on it) at the same time for 30 seconds. That made the remote function again but after a few days it happens again. This is not something that should keep happening. I have 2 weeks to return the TV but I am hoping they can fix this issue through an update for the remote, fingers crossed.

I bought this TV for my daughters room. It’s perfect for her! I took off one star because the sound could be better, but it’s excellent for what we need it for! I much prefer the Fire format to the Roku.

I bought this small TV for my kitchen, happy with it. Like the smart features that I can the Amazon and all other channel for free. price is well below my budget. highly recommended. sound is okay as I sit close to it.

Works great. Enjoy watching YouTube TV and Netflix on it. The best thing is the remote control. You just talk to it and whatever you say to it, it pops up on the screen. It's small and convenient. Easy to transport. Great to have in the RV camper or ice house.

I was pleasantly surprised with this television! We had a small Insignia several years ago, and were not that happy with it. This one got really good reviews, so thought we'd try it. Great sound, good clear picture, streaming works well, and great price!

Insignia is a great brand and very affordable! I purchased this for a small home office and was able to do away with many other plugs and connections as this is a smart tv. Glad I found it!!

We mounted this t.v. in our kitchen and it's perfect! Small enough to be out of the way but picture is great for the beautiful images we run on it throughout the day. Quality sound when we decide to play videos and a great price as well.

I like the way this tv screen opens and allows you to pick where you go . However there is a problem when the set starts the commercial only show the bottom of the screen. After a while this error corrects itself. Great picture.

Bought for my daughter’s room. Didn’t want to have to bother with fire sticks, and this was such a great price for Black Friday that I couldn’t pass it up. Was worried it would be too small, but had good picture quality and no trouble viewing from across the room.

It amazes me I find something new to add to my library daily: tv shows,movies,tv stations. It continues to give me chances n choices, programs,movies to watch‼️ Easy to understand directions‼️ ~God Bless You All~

This is a nice smart TV. Slick, easy to use, good picture. I'm just docking it a star because the interface with apps can be a little slow or clunky. Also, the setup took forever! But otherwise I have no complaints.

Bought this for my camper. It fit perfectly and is exactly what I needed for our master bedroom based on available mounting space. It's a great little TV and surprisingly has decent sound considering the cost/size.

Great little TV with big features. We upgraded from a 19" "dumb" tv in our kitchen to this one and can't imagine going back. The picture is so clear, the sound is very clear and the features, including Fire TV apps is awesome. Love it.
