So disgusted I missed my return period. This is supposed to be 24 inches the screen is 20.5 w, the entire tv is 21.5 width. WHERE is 24 anything, the screen height is like 10.5 who is supposed to watch this tv?? The "stand" gives it less than 3 inches more of height. My old TV has a higher stand (this tv is from 2011) and the screen width and height is a good inch more for both. I've been scammed because again where is the 24 inch anything. This TV wouldn't be a good fit even in my bathroom. And see the pic again that TV is a 24 inch in the back vs this tv

The tv is okay, but 26 months after purchasing this tv, one of the legs broke. Of course it is out of warranty. It cost $25 to replace the leg on a tv that currently only costs $80. What a rip-off.

This tv does not pair with remote something is wrong with the remote control I’m about to take it back, but they are gonna work with it right there to know it comes on before I bring anything back home with me, I’m so disappointed I wanted to watch it and give a great review but it didn’t happen that way, I hope the next one is working.

Drove 1 hour to but Tv. It shows Satisfactory online. Bought as pick up. Drove home plugged in, screen broken. They gave me a broken tv. Does anyone check the open boxes to see if the tv actually works. It said Satisfactory. Not fair not broken! Very disappointed with Best Buy.

Before buying this I read the reviews and thought "I think I can live with those drawbacks for the price". After using it for a month I still support that notion. I bought this for a spare bedroom while visiting someone but will use it for my patio. It's light and easy to bring outside to watch a game and small enough to store afterwards.
PROs: great picture and good sound for the size; Smart with FireTV isn't bad (not as good as Android but ;better than Roku); 3 HDMI inputs; light.
CONs: Remote button lag (not as bad as I read though); depth (far from slim); lower functionality/options but then again...price.

I just recently purchased this Insignia TV. It's new to me but from everything I've seen, I like it. Very reasonably priced. Features galore with things to watch and the FireTV built in is probably just as good, if not better in some people's opinions, than chrome cast on VIZIO! Yet there is one absolutely UNACCEPTABLE thing about this device. Attaching the LEGS so that it can STAND on a table!!! Never in my LIFE has it been an undue hardship to perform something so simple and silly! I have screwdrivers, rachets sets, and even magnetic ones. Yet good luck getting the tiny little screw into the the base of the legs with your fingers so that it falls into the hole you're supposed to fasten it in with! I had to spend hours chasing all over town in attempt to buy a magnetic screwdriver. I took it back to the shop and had to be humiliated, wasting time at the desperate mercy of a Geek Squad guy to attach the legs on the thing for me! Normally, I would give this device excellent recommendations. But I think EVERYBODY needs to be forewarned about this !

I recently purchased the Insignia 24" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I was looking for a new TV for my bedroom, and this one fit the bill perfectly.
The 24-inch size is just right for a smaller room, and the picture quality is impressive for an HD TV. The colors are vibrant, and the contrast is solid, making for a pleasant viewing experience. I was also surprised by the sound quality, which is quite good for a TV of this size, although I may still consider adding a soundbar in the future for an even better audio experience.
The built-in Fire TV functionality is a game-changer. It's incredibly convenient to have access to all of my favorite streaming services, like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video, without needing an additional streaming device. The interface is user-friendly, and navigating between apps is smooth and quick.
Setting up the TV was a breeze. It took no time at all to connect it to my Wi-Fi and link it to my Amazon account. The included voice remote with Alexa is a great bonus, making it easy to search for content, control playback, or even control other smart devices in my home.
One minor downside is that the TV's bezels are a bit thicker than those on some higher-end models, but this is a small trade-off considering the overall value and performance of the TV.
In short, the Insignia 24" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a compact, feature-rich TV at an affordable price. The picture quality, smart features, and ease of use make it a great addition to any bedroom or small living space.

It what I was looking for. It was easy to set up and operate. I bought the 24" at the store. It is lightweight and that is what I want in a TV. I have the same one on order from Amazon through Best Buy. This time it's a 32" TV. For the price I paid, I am happy with this TV. I am a 77-year old female. It works well, has a pretty good picture, and works as a Smart TV. A good purchase for me.

Perfect size for my kitchen/dining area. It is lightweight and easy to place on a small table or tv stand. The clarity and sound are good and it isn't difficult to program as long as one follows the directions precisely. I do feel like the legs could be a little more sturdy, but in my case, they are just fine.

Haven't used for very long, but I was impressed at the value and flexibility of this TV. I'm especially pleased that when I was going through the setup process there was an advanced and basic style...in other words if you had devices you were going to connect you coukd skip the steps to customize the TV and get right to using it. The customization with the FireTV features was enjoyable, I've worked with and setup many TV's, expensive and inexpensive, and there are lots of bells and whistles, but when it comes to versatility not all have what this does...I was pleasantly surprised to see that it supported games with Bluetooth gaming remote connectivity, that it had more apps that were more like actual productivity type apps (not just random streaming services), and that the parental controls will actually stop you from even opening an app without a pin (if you enable them). I was looking for an inexpensive TV, the price I got for this was unbelievably a great deal, the value of what I bought was the icing on the cake. This is a perfect size for a tight space or small office, I plan using as both a monitor for computer, gaming monitor, and now for the smart features for myself and my kids. I would recommend you buy a Bluetooth gaming remote compatible with Amazon Fire Tv's to take full advantage of this TV once setup.

This is my first "smart" tv, so I don't have a basis for comparison about some items. However, overall it is a nice tv. Picture is quite good with no adjustment on my part. The sound was not great out of the box, but with a couple adjustments I was able to get it balanced nicely. Setup was easy. It is light in weight, but the provided feet give it good stability. Menus seem just fine for me, once I got used to them, but that is where I have no direct comparison.
Note the inputs in the specs. If you have "modern" stuff you're OK. I have an old VCR and and old DVD player. I can hook up either one via the 3-cable a/v connection, but I can't hook up both. I doubt this will affect most of those reading this!
I'm very satisfied with it so far and is a quite low priced. If you want a smaller tv, this is a good choice!

Very pleased with the features, picture quality, price and size of this set. We purchased the Insignia Fire to replace a 10 year old under-cabinet tv/DVD player in the kitchen. The new set was very easy to set up and we can now stream online apps like Amazon Prime, AcornTV and Britbox wirelessly.
