Refurbished sucks!!

Would you believe it right after the warranty or money back or return policy expires two weeks after delivery. Now this is the third week and the fire TV keeps restarting by itself. Does it a couple of times a day quite irritating but I have no choice I cannot return it I just have to give it a bad review I guess be careful if you buy a refurbished products from Best buy not the best quality
