Best Buy knows electronics! This TV does everything! You can play videogames on it and all you have to do is pick u a gaming controller while your there! If that isn't enough for you, with Alexa you can ask it anything! Great for kids or elderly that have trouble fidgeting with remotes and typing!

The pricing is perfect for children who just happen to accidentally break everything. This is my second one buying and I didn't have a problem with it.

I would give negative stars if I could. First, my silly fault for not opening this box up six months ago, but it was intended for my coffee bar in my kitchen that I hadn't set up until NOW... I had no reason to open it until needed and trusted Best Buy had sent me what was promised in the description (Open-Box Excellent)... I was so excited to be able to add the tv to my super cute coffee bar I just finished putting together... I open the box and EVERYTHING is WRONG... Definitely not in excellent condition... The lower left bottom is cracked, wavy lines under the screen, fingerprints/smudges all over, NO legs to stand the tv up with and NO remote... Two little batteries were my consolation prize, I guess... I am sooo disappointed as I've ordered Open-Box 'Excellent' before and had no issues, but never again! Obviously, I am past the return/exchange timeframe and again, my fault for trusting them and keeping it boxed up, but maybe someone else can learn from my mistake. No clue if Customer Service will help me on this one or not; definitely a loss... They gave me a tv that should have been thrown away! Forgive any typos...

Glad i bought this tv for our small dining/kitchen room in apartment. I can watch latest news every morning before going for work while preparing breakfast. It has firetv so no need of cable channels i can just use my amazon prime. Picture quality is okay just adjust it aacording to your preferences.

Great little tv :) fits well in my studio and have had absolutely no problems

Its pretty good. I purchased it as a 2nd screen for Karaoke. It is a little more involved to use it as a second screen than my previous one, but i can connect wirelessly to this one which is nice.

My family I really like the t. V. It's easy to work.
