The only minor irritation is that you need to choose the input each time the tv is turned on. Does not remember the last input.

I purchased it "open box" and it came quickly and in great condition, the condition described by Best Buy. I often look to Best Buy first for my tech purchases because of the open box products which are often in great condition or refurbished to great condition.
